Jay 3 Month | Logan Childrens Photographer

 I think this is probably the cutest boy I’ve ever seen!… But I’m biased because I happen to be his mother! I met Stacey when I had her photograph my wedding package 2 ½ years ago, so after I had my little guy I knew that I wanted her to capture his first year.

Jay was born in January, and I was a slacker and didn’t get any newborns taken… which I greatly regret! So this shoot was the first time we set down our iPhones and let the professional take photos. 3 months old can be quite the photo shoot! When they can’t sit up by themselves, but are starting to roll around. We had quite the juggling act going on. He usually is the most smiley, happiest guy there is, but of course when we arrived for the session we couldn’t get a single smile out of him. However, Stacey didn’t give up and after a lot of enthusiasm on our part we were able to grab a few shots of his sweet grin. I really can’t stress enough how awesome Stacey was at catching the pictures. I’m almost positive that of the very few smiles Jay had, she caught every single one! Gotta love her!

He has quite the chubby cheeks! And that little dimple... Makes me love him even more! We decided to go with the classic look with the wood. One prop that we fell in love with was the airplane! We’re excited to put him in it again for his future sessions, so that we can really see how much he has changed. They just change so fast I can’t even handle it!

We are looking forward to taking more pictures of Jay throughout the year. Stacey does such a great job with the kids. Hopefully we don’t have to work so hard next time to get a smile! Love this little guy, and these great photos!
