I love this family. Shayna is my younger sister and I always love capturing photos and memories for her and her little family. Collin is one of my best buds and little Oakley is just 6 months old and adorable. We've been trying to fit them in my schedule for weeks. Shayna works at Logan Regional Hospital on the Graveyard shift so finding a day when she doesn't work and when I was open was trickey. But it finally worked, and the weather and day was perfection.

We met at Green Canyon, which I love. They wanted some trees in the background and a little fall color so this was the perfect setting for them. Their dog Daisy did so well and their kids rocked it!

When I say this little man is almost too cute to handle I mean it! Zeke’s one year session was so much fun, and I seriously am in LOVE with the photos!! He is one of the most photogenic 1 year olds I’ve ever seen. We are so glad that we got the opportunity to take his pictures.

Stacey has known his mom from forever ago. They recently moved back from New York, and she is thrilled! We couldn’t be happier to have them back, and are excited that we get to capture their adorable family. His mom owns Batz kids and the monthly milestone blanket, so she is a pretty awesome lady. She has 3 boys, and Zeke happens to be the youngest.

For his pictures we headed up to Green Canyon. We captured some pics in the long grasses, and the blue shirt he was wearing made his eyes look so dreamy! They are the most beautiful blue. Then that grin, just completes every image. Everything just lights up when he smiles. He switched outfits into the reds, and I’m so glad that we were able to find a few fall colors left. He looked so cute up next to all of the beautiful changing leaves. And of course a 1 year shoot wouldn’t be complete without a special outfit. “Wild One” was adorable! I absolutely love it! This little guy has such a fun personality, and it seemed to fit his character quite well.

We had some great outfits, and some cute props, but what really made the whole shoot was obviously this sweet little man. We are so glad that they are back, so that we can capture these special memories. Zeke is just a bundle of fun, and we can’t wait to get him back in front of the camera. Thanks for letting us share this time with your adorable guy!

Etherington Boys | Northern Utah Childrens Photographer

Our session with the Etherington Boys was nothing shy of great! These boys are so handsome, and we loved getting to photograph them. Green Canyon was the perfect backdrop for the session. Everything was so green, it just really added to the shoot.

The first attempt at a session got rained out, and we were afraid of rain for the second as well. Luckily our prayers were answered, and we ended up with the perfect weather! Our second attempt at this session was golden!

We were able to get some shots of them in their dress clothes as well as in some casuals. Can I just say that when they were all dressed up in their Sunday best I couldn’t help but hope that my little guy ends up as handsome as them!

It was fun getting to photograph them together as well as individually. And that red hair…. Gotta love it! I have to say that my favorite picture of the whole shoot was when they got to show us their silly faces. Sometimes you just gotta let boys be boys, and we got the perfect picture of just that. Silly and so fun!

These boys were awesome and did great for our quick shoot. We’re so glad that the weather decided to cooperate with us so that we could capture some fantastic shots of these two. Thanks boys for making this shoot so fun! We can’t wait to see you again!!
