Carlisle Newborn | Logan Utah Newborn Photographer

Another newborn in the books! This handsome little guy was born on December 1st. Mom rocked it during delivery and a healthy and happy little boy was born. We met up at just 7 days young for his newborn session. We did a mini session but got through soo much because he was a champ and slept the ENTIRE time! That rarely happens. He posed so well and nailed everything we tried.

Little sister is so proud to have a baby brother. Mom told me this ..."There was meaning behind my daughters shirt. In August of 2015 we lost twins. This sweet little boy is our rainbow baby so we had her wear a rainbow shirt to represent it....I finally got mine after 4 very long years. Never give up hope cause miracles do happen, my son is proof". Such touching words. Rainbow babies make my heart so happy. If you've followed or seen our video you know we've been trying to conceive. We hope to have a rainbow baby some day. So much pain and dwindling hope but hearing stories and love like this make everything better! I love happy stories like this one for the Carlisle family!

Congrats you guys, he's PERFECT!

What a precious baby boy. If only they would stay this little... except sleep all night, that's a must! We had a great time with this sweet boy and his family. Mom, Dad, and Grandma were in the studio and it was a blast! He did so well and hardly fussed at all. That always makes our job just that much better!

I love the use of so many different backgrounds and props. It makes it so hard to choose a favorite though because they are all so different! We started out capturing some pictures of him with our moon prop and cloud background. Perfect for a little boy, incorporating the blue and grey swaddles and knitted squares. After we got into our outdoor props. Can't go wrong with our little tent and fire! Or the bed and outdoor nightime scene! All such great set ups!! Then as I always say a newborn session wouldn't be complete without the cloth backgrounds. I love that they chose to use yellow. We don't see it used nearly enough, and it is so adorable!!

It's always fun to finish off these newborn sessions with pictures of the family. There is just so much love that comes with bringing a child into this world. We love getting to capture that. And how fun that grandma got to be apart of it as well. These guys were so fun to meet and their little boy is so handsome. Hopefully we see them all again soon! Thanks Stoddards for letting us capture this exciting time in your lives.

This little guy was oh so handsome! Mom and Dad were totally prepared for his session and I LOVE IT! They brought Hockey props and Harry Potter Props and we made sure to use both of them. His photos are some of my all time favorites! And, he slept SOOO very good for us!

Dad is from Kentucky and Mom is from Colorado. I loved talked to them about where their from and how they met. Makes the session so much more fun when I get to know my clients better!

Little man was so sleepy and perfect. His head full of hair is one of my favorites! He nailed some super hard poses during his session and I couldn't be happier!

Coulam Newborns | Cache Valley Newborn Photographer

I typically wouldn't start a blog out like this, but for this sweet guy I have to.... LOOK AT THAT HAIR! It's killing me. It is absolutely adorable!! It reminds me so much of my little man, so it makes me love it even more. We had a great session with this little family. Stacey loved getting to talk with mom and dad, and spend some time with all of their cute kiddos.

The Coulam family has 3 sweet boys that were all conceived through In Vetro Fertilization (IVF). It was great to hear mom's and dad's stories from each of their pregnancies and deliveries, and all about their kids. Stacey loved learning about their experience with the IVF.

Their boys are so handsome! They did an amazing job with our session. We loved getting to capture not only their new little one, but their older boys as well. You can just tell this little guy is adored by his older brothers. They are going to do such a good job looking after him, and teaching him all about being a boy! Good luck mom and dad!!

To focus a little more specifically on the whole reason we came together for this session, I have to talk more about their sweet new baby. This baby boy is perfect! Our tent set up has become very popular. I totally understand why though. It is so cute - I love love love it!! Baby Coulam looked so nice an cozy in the little tent. I wanted to snuggle right up with him. Then we had the moon with the sky background. Those shots turned out so well! The brown and the blue complimented each other so well. The knitted square with the swaddle. It all went together very nicely. He really rocked the whole session.

We are so glad that we got to have this sweet little man in the studio along with his great family. The session was fantastic, and we can't wait to see them all again! We wish the Coulam's luck with their new baby boy, and hope they enjoy the holidays with their sweet little family.
