Puppy Newborns | Logan Utah Photographer

This Thanksgiving Holiday I got to try out somethign new. My sister in law just got this adorable little lady, Aspen. She's a boxer and was the runt of the litter. She's small and will likely always be small. But, she is adorable. Maria and Aspen came over for a quick photo shoot. Kira, our daughter was the biggest helper and LOVED hanging out with the little puppy. She made sure to take great care of her between photos. Puppys are so different than newborns but I think I found a new calling... if I could get the business for it!

Tolboe Family | Utah Family Photographer

Meeting up with the Tolboe family at second dam was so much fun! They are a great family, and we are so glad that we got to take their pictures again this year. We did their family photos a year or so ago, and it's always fun to see how they have changed. Especially seeing their little girl again after just turning 3! Such fun!!

Fall seriously has the most beautiful colors. Their clothes went perfectly with the outdoor scene. I'm in love! And their sweet girls cowboy boots, just make me melt. Oh and we obviously can't forget their little puppy! He was recently added to the family, and did awesome for our session. I always love when the pups get to be apart of the family photos.

Thanks a bunch to the Tolboe family. We loved getting to see you again, and look forward to next time!

I have to say that lifestyle newborns are now in my top favorite sessions! They are beautiful! It is such an exciting yet nerve-racking experience bringing such a fragile little being into your home. There is nothing quite like it… We are so grateful for the opportunity we had to capture some shots of this beautiful little family in their own home.

Speaking of their home. It was GOREGOUS! The fresh white look of the bedroom was quite stunning, and served as the perfect setting for some pictures of their sweet little girl. All the way down to the tiny white bow was perfect. Every picture we captured proved just how much love these parents have for their precious child. I love that we added the splash of colors with the floral. The orange was beautiful, and really showcased this little gem.

Venturing into her bedroom was so fun! The nursery, just like the rest of the house, was exquisite. This is one lucky little lady. The colors flowed, and made for some great pictures. Personally I love the ones of her in her crib, it reminds me of peaking in on my own little one, and thinking back to when he too was so small.

Now this session wouldn’t be complete without adequate mention of Sage and Penny, the other two “kids” in the family. These dogs were awesome, and did great for our pictures! My favorite is with all 5 of them piled on the bed. It was such fun to have them be apart.

We would really like to thank the Parrish family for letting us come into your home and capture this exciting time for your precious family. They were down to earth, and so easy to work with. Lifestyle newborns… definitely a favorite!

Furry Best Friends | Logan Utah Photographer

These furry little subjects were super fun! I've know their mom, Jen, for a while. We decided to take pictures of them in their backyard. She warned me they have a mind of their own and don't sit super still but I was up for the challenge. Owning my dog, Max, I know you take 100 photos to get one good one. I know that all too well. Part of the nature of owning dogs. But I love these. They show some of the fun personalities of these pups.
