Oh I just love these pictures. The location, the outfit and clothing, and the people. Definitely the people. I'm a little slow posting these on my blog as Misty has already posted the entire session but I had to share a few on the blog. 

We met up in Bear Lake at Rendevous Beach. It had been raining in Logan nearly all day and was raining when I left work. Bear Lake was beautiful though! Sunny and then slightly overcast. Perfect weather. These 4 kids are so much fun, little Brooklyn is adorable. And mom, I have been so fortunate enough to get to know her since meeting at Relay for Life. They are a great family and I'm thankful to have them in my life.

Bear Lake Family Photographer | Muir Family

 I love Bear Lake! and what's more, I love doing photo sessions at Bear Lake. This family came from Idaho and Oregon to meet up for their Dad's 60th birthday. They opted for Family Pictures while they were all together and I was thrilled to be their photographer. They picked superb colors for the beach. We met at their condo and took some photos with the Fall leaves/trees in the background. Then we headed to Ideal Beach Resort for their beach session. Everyone was so nice and the kids all did great! The beach was nearly empty which helped us out a ton. Though we were fighting some bright sun I think we managed to get some great shots.

Cache Valley and Logan Utah Family Photographer

Remember these two cute girls in purple? This is their session from back in April found on the blog here. It's amazing how much kids change in just a few short months! I believe Kinley was 2 months old when we met in April so another 5 months difference for these two and they've both grown so much! Chloe has so much personality it's adorable. She's friendly and listened very well during her pictures. Kinley is just a pretty easy going baby and wouldn't smile or giggle too much but was just content with whatever she was doing. Her face and hair have changed a lot over those 5 months to me. 

We met at Bear Lake at the Ideal Beach Resort and walked down to the beach around 10:45 am. It had been a little cold and windy so I was hoping it was going to warm up a bit so we could play... which it did. The sun came out and we had a blast. Chloe loved the sand and wanted to keep playing in it. I believe they stayed and made a day of it at the beach after the photo session which would have been fun. It wasn't too hot but it was just perfect, not to mention the beach was nearly empty. Timing was great on that side. I've been to Ideal Beach when it's so packed you can't find a spot to put your towel very easily. 

One thing I really love about these pictures is their outfits. Melissa found their dresses at a boutique and I think they fit perfectly, not to mention they are all matching. So adorable. I love the colors and how they are a perfect compliment to the sand at the beach and the water. She did a great job and I loved it!
