Orlando & BreaAnne Engagements | Manuta Utah | Wedding Photographer

Orlando and BreAnne are getting married at Eldredge Manor in September and I can't wait. These two were a blast and I laughed so much during their engagement session. We met in Manuta. They are from West Jordan and made the drive which I so appreciate! Manuta was the perfect spot for a little dual action - mountains and lake/sand. They brought this sign with their wedding date on it! Orlando carved/made it and BreAnne painted it.

We headed up to one of my favorite spots in Manuta for some mountain-iss photos and then down to the reservoir. The mosquios were pretty bad in one spot by the water and I got eaten! I'm sure they did too but they were super good sports about it! BreAnne said she was super excited to see the "out takes" as well as the good photos.

More info about them: These two met online! We had a full conversation about it on the way up the mountain and I just love listening to them remissness about their first few dates. They've been dating for over 2 years. They got engaged on Christmas day! They were on vacation in Colorado, just the two of them and Orlando created a treasure hunt. BreAnne said it was actually kind of hard and he wouldn't help her with some of the hints so it took her a while to get it. She was always so close but he loved watching her figure it out! Orlando purchased the ring all on his own, she was surprised and it is beautiful! Stay tuned for that one at her Bridal sesh!

They took up Snowboarding together and have loved that. They love the outdoors and being together. I can't wait for their September wedding, Plus I'm going to LOVE their wedding colors I can already tell! Mint Green and Charcoal Grey, ooo!

Cache Valley Newborn Photographer | Ford Newborns

This sweetheart is the first girl to follow two older brothers in the Ford family. Her mom was SO excited to have a girly session! So we did just that!

Typically we would take newborn photos between 4-14 days, every once in awhile we push out to 1-2 months. This sweet girl was just over a month so things got a little tricky every once in awhile. The thing with newborns is you are completely on their schedule. But this girl allowed us to capture some awesome shots in-between swapping holding her and grabbing some binky. It was quite the rush! But we seriously love the photos we got!!! Such a doll!

This baby girl has the most beautiful blue eyes. They are mesmerizing! One thing that was great about her shoot was that we were able to catch a peek of those beautiful eyes, while also getting the classic sleeping newborn shots. And to compliment those eyes were the cutest bows! I love how you can have such big bows on these sweet little things. They are just adorable!! In the pictures with the turquoise set we had her in a Kate’s Bow (https://www.etsy.com/shop/KatesBowsShop). These bows are to die for! There are so many options and colors, and they fit the newborns with ease. Stacey has started stocking up because every bow is just so perfect. You can’t help but love every one!!

Another great prop from her shoot was the floral wrap from Saranoni (http://saranoni.com/)…. We LOVE IT!! Looked great with the big white bow too! There are so many beautiful colors and the fabric is so soft that I might need one! I know I wouldn’t look anywhere near as cute though.

I think every little girl needs a big brother, and this little one is lucky enough to have two! These boys were so helpful and are totally cute. And boy do they love their little sister! They were talking up a storm during the session with Stacey. She said it was so much fun; she loved it! Lucky little girl.

Currently this cute family is living in Bear Lake, while they build a house here in Cache Valley. We really appreciate them making the drive so that we could capture this precious little girl. We’re looking forward to capturing more of them in the future!

Ibuyan Summer Mini | Logan Utah Photographer

Our Themed Mini Package and First year Packages are some of my all time favorites. Why, you ask? because I get to see cute kiddos every couple of months during the entire year, and let me tell you, it's a blast to see them start to develop their personalities, become more friendly with me, laugh, smile, and enjoy life. This little gem is no exception. She is always so much fun and I loved hanging out with her and her mamma for their session this week! Last year we did a quick family mini summer session but this year changed it up with the end of the poppy season and just her. Plus that smile? Ahh! Thanks Ibuyan Family!

Jeff and Taylor Wedding | Northern Utah Wedding Photographer

It is so exciting to finally tie up a wedding package! When you work with a couple through their engagements and bridals, it is so fun to finally get to the wedding! You get to see their excitement just grow and grow leading up to the big day, and when it finally arrives we are the ones who get to capture all the special moments. By the next day it is just a memory, and it’s the photos that help to keep that day, and the feelings that came with it, alive forever.

This couple is seriously amazing and such fun! Jeff and Taylor met in institute choir last January. From there the love just grew. Stacey started working with the couple when she took their engagements. They had a blast out at Merlin Olsen Park, Utah State University campus, and Green Canyon capturing the first part of this wedding package.

The fun continued when Stacey took their formals. We were a little nervous of getting rained out, but everything ended up going perfectly! The Ogden temple was absolutely beautiful for this session. However, not anywhere near as beautiful as this stunning bride! Stacey had the opportunity to be apart of their “first look,” which was such a special moment for these two people who are so obviously in love. Jeff and Taylor are very easy going, pose wonderfully, and know exactly how to portray their love. It really helped ease the stress of wedding day photos to get these formals done.

Finally it was wedding day! Jeff and Taylor love to kiss, hold hands, and today were ecstatic to finally be sealed for time and all eternity in the Ogden Temple. June 3^rd was a perfect day for a wedding! The weather was absolutely beautiful. After the sealing all of their family and friends gathered outside the temple doors. They had such great support; you can tell both of them are loved dearly. Outside you could just feel the excitement in the air as the couple prepared to exit the temple. We got some great shots of their grand entrance, and some with all of their friends and family. (Including a missionary cutout) It really was such a beautiful day!

That evening everyone gathered for a reception. The decorations were so elegant. The purple and gold were mesmerizing. One of my personal favorites was a storyboard that listed all of the significant dates in their relationship. And lets not forget the delicious treats! (Those are always a favorite) Their wedding cake was so beautiful! 3 tiers, topped with a temple, covered in ribbon and lace. It was one you had to see!

The day concluded with quite the dance! It was a blast! Everyone was involved, and having such a good time. They had the tossing of the bouquet and the garter. The much enjoyed decorating of the car. And finally the grand finale!! Everyone blew bubbles while Jeff and Taylor ran and jumped into their “fancy” car.

It was just such a great day! Working with this couple through it all was such a joy for Stacey. We loved getting to see their excitement grow as they got closer and closer to the big day, and then finally to see it all play out perfectly.

Congratulations Jeff & Taylor! We know you will have such great happiness together for so many years to come!
